Studio policy

Terms of Service

 

By accessing or using our website, booking classes, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

Class Policies

Bookings & Cancellations: Classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled class will incur a no-show fee or result in loss of class credit (if using a class pack).

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to class to ensure safety and maintain class flow.

 

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the class credit.

 

Membership & Payments

All memberships, packages, and class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Auto-renewing memberships will be charged on a recurring basis. To cancel, members must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

Liability Waiver

By participating in any Hourglass Pilates Studio classes, events, or activities, you acknowledge that you are physically able to engage in exercise and release Hourglass Pilates Studio from any liability related to injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation.

 

Code of Conduct

Hourglass Pilates Studio fosters a respectful and inclusive environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow studio policies may result in suspension or termination of services.
