Arrival Time

To help ensure a safe and smooth experience, we kindly ask all new clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class. If it is your first time on the REFORMER you MUST be at the studio 10 minutes before class for a walk through. These are new machines, we’ll take a few minutes to guide you through them so you can feel confident and get the most out of your class.

What to Bring

Mat Sculpt & Mat Pilates:
A mat towel is required. If you do not have one, mat towels are available for purchase at the studio. These classes are heated, so water and electrolytes are highly encouraged. If you forget either, no worries, we have both available for purchase at the studio.

Reformer Classes:
Grip socks are required. If you do not have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Question 3

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window
Clients must cancel or reschedule their class at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellation Fee
Classes cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

No-Show Fee
Clients who do not attend a scheduled class and fail to cancel will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
These policies help us maintain small class sizes and allow waitlisted clients the opportunity to attend.

Question 4

Outstanding Account Balances

If your account shows an outstanding balance due to billing issues, a team member will reach out to assist with resolving the matter. Please note that if the balance is not cleared within the given timeframe, your booking privileges may result in a temporary suspension. Once the balance is settled, your account will be reinstated, and you will receive a confirmation email.

First Time Visitors

First-time visitors must arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for orientation. For safety reasons, late arrivals will not be admitted, and we’re unable to offer refunds or class credits for first-time clients who miss class due to lateness. Please note that grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer classes; don’t forget to bring a pair!

Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to attend classes at Hourglass Pilates studio. To provide a safe, comfortable, and focused environment for all of our clients, children are not permitted in the studio or any studio spaces while a parent or guardian is attending class. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming, elevated experience for everyone at Hourglass Pilates studio.
